This year, Air Support is engaged actively promoting jobs for the younger generation.
This initiative allows young people to:
– explore differents areas of our sector,
– understand the skills required,
– discover oppportunities for professional evolution,
– change the prejudices associated with the Industry,
– encourage new vocations to younger people.
During their visit to the compagny last February, the students could to discover the compagny and all the jobs which exist with Air Support. They could exchange with employees and observe working. A real time sharing which allows them to discover the Aeronautical Industry worl.
On 1 June, we are participated to the 21th edition of Industry Cup organised by UIMM Occitanie in the dispositif « la classe en entreprise »
During a ceremony, students can transcribe their knowlegde and their experience during the visit with Air Support.
This competition was a great success because the students won the professionnal discovery Cup and also the golden Cup. During their performance, the students succeeded in combining originality and creativity by using cardboard boxes to create several words representative of the professional world at Air Support, using only the letters of the words AIR SUPPORT and GALILEE.
