We defend initiatives that promote equal opportunity.
For many years, we have forged special relationships and carried out actions with employment actors to facilitate access to employment for people with disabilities.
Once again this year, Air Support is mobilizing on the occasion of the European Disability Employment Week.
Cette action vise également à démystifier le handicTo continue to encourage inclusion and diversity, the HR department will organize a DuoDay on November 17 to allow a person with a disability for a day to follow one of our employees to discover their position, their missions. and his working environment.
This action also aims to demystify disability at work.
Success Story
Last year, we had the pleasure of welcoming Cédric LAURET. And you know what ?
He has signed his CDI since March 2022!
Back on this beautiful course!
This day of immersion in the Air Support workshops with Cyril, Maintenance Technician, meant a lot more to me both about the job itself, where I was able to appreciate the versatility of the position, and about the environment and the good work ambiance. To continue my professional development, Pôle Emploi therefore offered me an AFPR.
The Pre-Recruitment Training Action (AFPR) allows jobseekers to train to respond to a job offer. This financial assistance aims to fill the skills gaps that the job seeker has and those required by the position.
After this training, Air Support offered me a permanent position, which I quickly accepted. The HR team supported me very well and was able to adapt my workstation with the team leader. I was very well integrated and welcomed by my colleagues!
“I advise anyone who wishes to take part in this process to participate in this DuoDay to live an enriching human experience for better discovery and mutual knowledge and which opens up the fields of possibilities! I am very happy to have been hired on a permanent contract as a Maintenance Technician”explains Cédric
A great success!
The entire Air Support team is also delighted to share their daily life and contribute to the inclusion of a person with a disability. An opportunity to open up to diversity, to overcome prejudices related to disability and also to discover talents.
